How the money moves

One transaction, no pooled treasury

The agent decides and executes every payment on its own, but it works on a leash. The project budget stays in its Base Account until payout. During a normal payout, the exact amount transits through OvrythPayer and is forwarded to the member in the same transaction. The payer has no general withdrawal or arbitrary-call path.
